"Well, what would I get out of this?" Alex asks, seeming open to the idea and not really skeptical.

"We've got your back. Way less random attacks on you in or out of the ring when you've got a posse. Haven't you seen the ruckus we've been making?"
"Yea, but you gotta understand. I'm making a name for mySELF. I'm the legend killer here." He considered this a moment then snapped his fingers. "I got a match tomorrow night. Could be tough, but you know me, I like tough."

Thunder bit back a chuckle at this.
"I win that match, you guys have me in."
"Well what's that prove?" Jack asked cooly.
"You guys watch my back, right? Keep anyone from jumpin' me and ruining this, and if things get too dicey, then I dunno, a distraction or a little hand would help."

Jack eyed him a moment then nodded. "You got it, bro." He shook Alex's hand and he left with Thunder in tow.
"Got any idea how we're doin' that?" Thunder rumbled.
"Nope. But we'll work something out."
