The ten teachers each begin by showing the class how to punch.

For 2 minutes, the 5 spice girls and 5 girls aloud all simultaneously punch and beat the living daylights out of 10 of the male tied up "volunteers".

Wow, they really sock it to 'em, and show the girls how it's done, landing punch after punch all over the 10 male faces.

Then it was time for the first 14 of the 20 + students to get a 1st go at emulating them. For 2 more minutes, punch after girly punch rains down the the hapless men.

Then they step aside, letting the final 11 girls have their go - and so no good man goes unused, three of the 14 who just did a number on these men are chosen to have another go at another man each. So the punching goes on, and for the third 2 minute session in a row, lots of zock pow dsch ughh and errr are heard as the girls beat the men up good.

"You girls are doing well, but to perfect your style" says Girls Aloud Kimberly "you are all going to need a LOT of practice before you learn your new moves properly ..... so now for the 6-minute sessions, and make sure you use a lot of jabs, let us demontrate..."
