"Gee Lauren, I thought this was all some wild prank." Kyle said sympathetically. "I assumed you were having fun. Well, if you're really having such a bad time I'm glad to help you out. I'll go on a date with you."
"Really!" Lauren exclaimed. "Oh thank you!"
"Oh come on!" Katie stormed up. She'd been listening nearby, and was clearly furious.
"I didn't think you'd just tell him the truth!" She exclaimed.
"Well I did so there!" Lauren stuck her tongue out at Katie. "So now, a bet is a bet. Off with those clothes: they're mine now!"
Katie gulped as it was Lauren's turn to smile....
