Anne was roused out of her sound sleep when benny shook her. "There ya go boy. A proper cut." Staring back in the mirror was a boy wearing her makeup but a boy nonetheless. Benny eyed anne's made up face, but said nothing, simply thought how boys today blurred the lines a little too much.

"T-thank you." she fought back the tears, her once beautiful hair had been turned into a flat top the sides of which were buzzed almost completely gone. She looked nothing like a girl,just the gay boy hector thought she was.

As anne paid the man she heard a loud "Oh my god!" When she turned around she saw chris sprinting towards her. "I just love your hair!"

Anne was glad she still received compliments on her beloved hair. "Thank you." She blushed, touching her necklace.

"Alright, you boys have a nice night." Benny waved the two bois off as he swept up anne's beautiful locs, obviously trying to get the two gay boys out of his shop.

Chris giggled. "Come on bro." Chris grabbed anne's hand dragging her out of the barbershop. "What made you decide to get a boi cut?"

"I.." She certainly couldn't tell chris about hector. What would he do? "I liked yours." she blushed.

"Well, aren't you the sweetest boi." Chris primped and preened her own short hair, she had specifically cut so she could style it for either boi or girl mode. Right now she was in boi mode.

"Boy?"

"You're like me, right?"

"What would that be?"

"A-" Chris' phone suddenly began beeping indicating her break was over. "Oh hell. Why don't we get together later, okay?" She said as she opened her phone.

Anne hesitated, was this girl asking her out? Chris watched anne expectedly. She clutched her necklace nervously. Chris certainly was cute, not that she was attracted to her. Right? "Sure." Chris smiled happily as the girls quickly traded phones.

"What name should I use?"

The necklace grew hotter in anne's hand as she stated. "Andrew." Not sure why she gave the random boy's name she gave hector, or why she gave a boy's name at all but anne just smiled back at the boyish girl.

"Cute name. Mine's chris, obviously." she giggled touching anne's arm as she gave anne her phone back. Anne/andrew recognized that touch, she did it to joey the cute running back last week, chris was definitely into her. "I'll text you later and we'll go out. Yeah?"

"Can't wait." Anne smiled back. Chris took her time walking away clearly trying to show off her butt to andrew. Anne, of course, couldn't help but stare and wondered about the girls in her squad's butts. She shook her head, she had never stared at girls before. "Today is weird." As if on cue her newly acquired phone began to buzz.

Anne looked around wondering where hector was.
