When I was in junior high, I was always bullied because I was a fat kid. The bully John Schmidt and his two sidekick Henry Maxon and Joe Zemo, have made my life a living hell.

I have a confession to you, during that time I hated myself and I hated those bullies. I wanted to change and so I went to the gym for the first time of my life.

This is also how I met my trainer named Avery Finn, well he's not really a coach or a personal instructor but he helped me in my workout and taught me to be healthy.

When he approached me and I told him I decided that I wanted to change for the better. Damn, he did keep his word to help me even if I wanted to quit he won't let me. I called him coach Avery, he's very strict and I always got scolded when I slacked off but I know he is a good person. By the time I went to high school I have progressively hardened all that flab into a pretty swole body.
