The bus ride to works surprises you, you were expecting everyone to stop and stare or point at you in disgust. No-one seems to care at all.

Why would they? They don't know me.

I must just look like a girl to them.

They have no idea.

You get a rush of confidence from this, even going as far as to start sashaying your hips as you cross the company car park.

All that confidence drains in a second as soon as you enter the foyer.

The people you don't know here still don't notice, but those you do recognise do a double take when they see you. You can see a lot of whispering going on and feel stares upon you as you try and walk as confidently as possible in your new heels.

When Vanessa sees you, her eyes widen in a mixture of surprise, pleasure and gloating. You head over to her desk, knowing she's only going to stop you anyway.

"Oh my God Alex, don't you make the cutest little girl!".

You thought you would feel undying shame at this point, but a calm sense of acceptance seems to wash over you.

I am a cute girl, Mr. Brown will be pleased.

"Thank you Vanessa" you say sweetly.

She is obviously taken aback by this. She must have been expecting to berate you for wearing women's clothes.

"Do you think he will like it?" you ask.

"Uhmm, well, yes...I'm sure he will" she doesn't seem to know what to say.

You walk away from Vanessa, beaming.

Hopefully this will put an end to our little deal.

You head towards your office,
