chakra supression collar success

Naruto pulled out a small collar Jirayia had given to him as a joke. he had used the collar on Naruto to show him how week a ninja is without chakra. the seals on it were specially designed to work against those with large chakra networks. Jirayia had said that the thing was useless to him since the charging of the seals was a pain and unneeded unless dealing with someone with Biju level chakra reserves.

If Kaguya didn't have Biju level reserves than no one did. he summoned the collar from the scroll he kept it in and started to charge the seals with chakra. the seals where designed so that after they are charged they will use the persons they are attached to own chakra to suppress their ability to use it. it took a large portion of the persons chakra to coat their chakra coils to keep it from acting in the way the user wanted to use it.

once the seal was charged up Naruto made over twenty clones and had them charge at Kaguya. another clone stayed behind and Naruto handed the collar to the clone. it then transformed into a kunai. seeing the opportunity appear Naruto threw the kunai at Kaguya. he smiled as she tilted her head to dodge the attack. the clone changed back and launched a punch at her. she dodged the attack but failed to notice the clone had something in his hand. the clone got the collar to wrap around her neck and the seals did there job cutting off her chakra supply immediately.

the result was immediate with Kaguya falling to the ground reaching for her neck. the seals also created a barrier preventing the wearer from removing it. the clone grabbed Kaguya and brought her down to the ground.

"What happened," Sakura asked. Naruto just smiled and explained what the collar did.

"Release me now," Kaguya ordered as the clone set her on the ground. Naruto tossed the clone some ninja wire it used the wire to restrain her wrist behind her back.

"So should we seal her now," asked Naruto.
