Chapter 4 by ShootingQuazarDragon ShootingQuazarDragon

how will their first mission go?

amazing

As they headed towards Pallet town Draco, Siren and Psycho looked at their pokemon and Draco had a Dratini, a Zubat and a Female Salandit, Siren had a Chinchou, a Sneasel and a Dedenne and Psycho had a Gasly, an Abra and a Houndoor, when they arrived at the Lab, they took a sneak peak and saw that all of the professors were in there from Pr. Oak to Pr. Sonia and Cleval was also there, and they had a plan Gasly would use Smog to block the view and then Sneasel would use Ice beam to freeze the Exit and lastly they would take on each professor and ones they win they would take away their pokemon.

With their plan in place, the trio exchanged a nod, their eyes locked in a brief moment of understanding. Draco's gaze flicked to Gasly, Psycho's Ghost/Poison-type Pokémon, as he gave the signal. Gasly's eyes glowed with an eerie blue light as it began to secrete a thick, Black smog. The air around the laboratory's entrance began to distort, as if reality itself was unraveling, and a dense fog started to seep out, obscuring the view of the windows.

Sneasel's eyes gleamed with a malevolent intensity as it raised a paw, the air around it seeming to ripple with frosty energy. A blast of icy air shot forth, striking the metal door with a loud clang, and encasing it in a thick layer of crystalline ice. The Professors' eyes widened in alarm as they realized they were trapped, their cries of surprise and outrage muffled by the sudden appearance of the Grunts. Draco's gaze swept across the room, his eyes locking onto the startled faces of the researchers, a thrill of satisfaction coursing through his veins.

The words hung in the air, a palpable threat that sent a shiver down the spines of the professors. Pr. Oak's eyes, normally twinkling with warmth, narrowed into a firm line as he took a step forward, his hands clasped behind his back. "I'm afraid that's not possible," he said, his voice firm but calm. "Those Pokémon are not going anywhere with you."

Draco's gaze locked onto the professor, a cold smile spreading across his face as he took a step forward, the Pokeball clutched in his hand. "We'll see about that," he sneered, his voice dripping with malice. "Dratini, come out!" he said as a big shiny Dratini appeared in front of him with a feisty look on it's face.

"Houndoor go" Psycho said as the hellhound appeared on the field ready for the battle.

"Sneasel are you ready" Psycho said as her pokemon nodded as it went next to the other 2 ready for the battle, as the professor's and Cleval summoned the starters.

although you could think it was a one sided battle, which it was but not for the Professors and Cleval, as Houndoor, Sneasel and Dratini easily took care of the starters without taking much damage at all.

The air was electric with tension as the starters, once so full of life and vitality, now lay defeated on the floor, their tiny bodies weakened by the swift and merciless attacks of Houndoor, Sneasel, and Dratini. The professors' faces were etched with shock and dismay, their eyes wide with a mix of fear and outrage as they stared at the Team Rocket Grunts, who seemed to be savoring their easy victory. Pr. Oak's usually jovial face had turned ashen, his eyes blazing with a fierce determination as he took a step forward, his hands clenched into fists. "How...how dare you," he whispered, his voice trembling with rage.

as with a swift move Sneasel took the 27 pokeballs from the Professor's hands and gave them to Siren as she returned the starters before putting away the pokemon into her bag.

As Siren's fingers closed around the pokeballs, a triumphant smile spread across her face, her aqua blue hair seeming to gleam with a faint, malevolent light in the dimly lit laboratory. The professors' eyes widened in horror as they realized the true extent of the Team Rocket Grunts' plan, their minds reeling with the implications of their stolen research. Pr. Oak's face turned a deep shade of crimson, his eyes blazing with fury as he took another step forward, his fists clenched at his sides. "You'll never get away with this," he spat, his voice venomous.

"We already have" Draco said as Gasly who was never returned unleashed another Smog attack as they escaped through the exit with Houndoor's help and as the Smog died down Draco, Siren and Psycho were gone, leaving 8 dumbfounded Professors and Cleval behind.

As the Smog dissipated, the laboratory's exit door swung shut with a soft creak, the sound echoing through the stunned silence that had fallen over the room. The professors and Cleval stood frozen, their faces still etched with shock and outrage, their eyes fixed on the empty space where the Team Rocket Grunts had last been seen. For a few moments, the only sound was the faint hum of the laboratory's equipment and the quiet, labored breathing of the defeated starters.

Pr. Oak was the first to break the silence, his voice low and urgent as he turned to his colleagues. "We need to alert the authorities, now," he said, his eyes darting towards the phone on his desk.

Pr. Oak's hands trembled with urgency as he grasped the phone's receiver, his fingers flying across the keypad with a practiced ease. The room remained silent, the only sound the soft hum of the laboratory's equipment and the quiet breathing of the defeated starters. Cleval's eyes darted towards the professors, her expression a mixture of shock and concern, as if she was struggling to comprehend the sudden turn of events. The other professors stood frozen, their faces etched with bewilderment, their minds reeling with the implications of the stolen research.

As the phone's dial tone filled the room, Pr. Oak's voice snapped into focus, his words tumbling out in a rapid, urgent cadence. " This is Professor Oak, I need to speak to Officer Jenny immediately," he said, his voice firm but laced with a hint of desperation. The sound of rustling papers and murmured conversations drifted through the line, before a crisp, authoritative voice replied, "Officer Jenny speaking, Professor Oak. What's the situation?"

Pr. Oak's eyes darted around the room, as if searching for the right words to convey the magnitude of the disaster that had just unfolded. "We've been robbed," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Team Rocket...they came in, stole the research, and took the starters." The words hung in the air like a challenge, as if daring anyone to dispute their truth.

Pr. Oak's eyes scanned the room, as if searching for a description that seemed to elude him. "They...they were young," he began, his voice hesitant, "and they wore Team Rocket uniforms. One of them had...had Grey hair, I think. And the other two...one had Red hair and the other had White hair." He paused, collecting his thoughts. "As for the Pokémon, I'm not entirely sure. They used some kind of dark-type Pokémon, I believe. And there was a gas-like Pokémon that created a smokescreen. We were unable to see the other Pokémon clearly."

Pr. Oak's pause was palpable, a heavy silence that hung in the air as he struggled to recall the details of the thieves' appearances. "I'm...I'm afraid we didn't get a good look at them," he admitted, his voice tinged with frustration. "They were wearing Team Rocket uniforms, and their faces were... obscured, somehow. One of them had a distinctive voice, though - a young man, I think. He called himself...Draven, I believe."

The professors and Cleval exchanged skeptical glances, their expressions a mix of confusion and concern. Pr. Oak's eyes narrowed, as if trying to will the memory into focus.

as this went on Draco Siren and Psycho meanwhile were in the forest congratulating their pokemon when Draco decided to call Giovanni.

As the three of them patted their Pokémon on the head, praising them for their excellent performance, Draco's eyes darted towards his new Pokédex. He hesitated for a moment, before making up his mind. He reached for the device, flipping it open and pressing a button on the side.

"Giovanni," Draco said, his voice low and measured. "We've done it. We've stolen the starters and the research from Professor Oak's lab."

There was a pause on the other end of the line, as if the person on the other end was taking a moment to process the information "Good get to the HQ and bring the Pokemon with you if you get there I will give you your next mission" he said smiling how fast his new recruits had done their job.

As Giovanni's voice crackled through the comms device, a hint of satisfaction crept into his tone, Draco's eyes flickered with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. He exchanged a glance with Siren and Psycho, who were watching him with an air of anticipation. The trees surrounding them seemed to lean in, as if eavesdropping on the conversation. A gentle breeze rustled the leaves, causing the branches to creak softly.

"Roger that, sir," Draco replied, his voice firm and confident. "We'll head to HQ immediately." He paused for a moment, his eyes scanning the surrounding area to ensure they were still alone.

With that he placed a teleportation device on the ground and was about to step into it when 2 Garados attacked them but where easily defeated by Chinchou and Dratini as Draco and Siren caught them with the Dark Ball's they had gotten.

As the two Garados dissipated into tiny, shimmering particles, their Dark Balls clutched securely in Draco's and Siren's hands, the air seemed to vibrate with the aftershocks of the brief battle. The trees surrounding the clearing stood silent, their branches motionless, as if holding their breath in reverence. The only sound was the faint hum of the teleportation device, its soft blue glow illuminating the trio's determined faces.

Draco took a deep breath, his eyes locked onto the device, his mind focused on the mission ahead. With a swift movement, he stepped into the teleportation beam, feeling the familiar sensation of his molecules being disassembled and reassembled.
