Tom considered a few ideas then suggested "You always love watching gymnastics. How about making you a gymnast?"

"Oh, that's a good one!" she responded. "Make me really skilled. I want to be able to do those crazy routines I see on television."

Thinking of the kinds of fun he could have with a 'gymnast Sarah' he spoke his wish: "I wish Sarah was a very skilled and talented gymnast ... Olympic level."

The effects were broader, apparently more like his first wish to reduce her age than his last one. Her appearance changed - her body was more athletic and toned, and her hair was dyed blonde. Her makeup was a bit more pronounced, almost professional - someone who was very conscious of her image.

Moreover some things in the room changed. Many of the decorative touches Sarah had added over the years were gone. It felt more like Tom's style - darker colors and simple decor. A major addition though was the many pictures of Sarah from competitions and photo shoots.

Sarah walked around looking at them one by one. "More things changed this time. You didn't just give my gymnastic abilities - you changed everything so that I'm an actual gymnast!" She examined her hands, then showed the back of one to Tom. "I still have my wedding ring so at least we're still married."

"Check your license now," Tom suggested, suspecting reality changed to match her physical age.

She pulled it back out to look. "Yes, I'm actually eighteen now!" She continued to dig in her purse and found a student ID. "I'm a freshman in college too!"

Her face was full of excitement. "Let's see what else we can find!. You check online - social media and stuff. I'll go through the rest of the house."

Tom sighed as she ran off down the hall. He was hoping to explore her new physique and abilities in the bedroom, but he guessed he'd have to be patient and let Sarah enjoy figuring out her new life.
