Raven has always been a little bit distant, but there for you when you needed it most. You think she might be a lesbian, but it’s never come up in conversation, so you never broached the topic with her.

She picks up the phone, and you’re greeted by the sound of the firing range, Vespera’s latest hobby. “I’ll be with you in a minute, just lemme finish up this set.” She then goes silent for a few seconds and you hear several loud reports of a medium-caliber handgun.

“So what’s going on?” You finally hear. Due to the lack of gunfire in the background, you presume she’s gone into the lobby, and is waiting to hear what was so pressing that she just _had to _be taken away from her very important firearms exercise. “I’ve just had the weirdest morning of my entire life,” you respond.

“I’ll be over in a few.” She responds. You grin, no need to explain any further.
