You pity her (Female)

You've always saw Zoe get bullied due to her odd nature but you find it cruel. You've stood up for her a couple times and despite people teasing you for protecting her, you believe you did the right thing. You aren't friends but you think she likes you; you are apparently one of the only people she talks to in school, even if you don't think you've both ever had a full conversation. Partly because you are always unsure how to respond to her.

Despite your efforts Zoe is hard to talk to; going off on long tangents that mean nothing and under-reacting to events. You have to make excuses a bunch of the time just to free yourself! Maybe it's a little mean but Zoe really cannot read the atmosphere of the room.

However today maybe you'll become a little closer?
