Why stop at just Eliza?

You follow Alex to his van and tap him on the shoulder. "Excuse me?"you asked.

He turned. "Oh. It's you. How can I help?"

"Well, I was wondering if you had anymore of those coins?"

Alex smiled. "Ahh, I see. You want to start a harem of some sort?"

You nodded. Alex rifles through the back of his van and pulls out a gold coin similar to his.

"Here, take it," he said. "Free of charge. All you have to do is swing it in front of women and they will fall under. To hypnotize someone permanently as I did to Eliza, just command them so. And the coin should no longer work on Eliza, if you're curious."

You thank the man and leave. You then return to your car and drive home, Eliza in tow. You have some ladies to enslave.
