You follow her to the nearest bar

You figure your chance with Tara has passed, but since her line is not all that long, you decide to do something bold and make yourself some more time with her.

Deciding not to fight with the security or any of the other guys who were trying to make time with her, you watch as Tara slips away and pulls out her phone.

"Yeah. The signing went fine Aunt Loretta. I'll come by your show and sing with you in a few days. I'm heading off to the nearest bar right now, though. Cause you know me. I got to drink," she told her famous aunt as she talked with her, giving you an idea in the process.

"Let's just follow you to the bar and see what happens," you tell yourself as you quickly find your car, careful to not lose sight of Tara's bus, and followed her to the bar up the road.

Once you got there, you waited a few minutes to get out of your car in hopes of not making it too obvious you were tailing her, and then go into the bar, sighing to yourself in relief when you see an empty bar stool next to Tara.

"Tara! What a completely unexpected event finding you here!" you tell her as you make yourself known to her, Tara seeing you next to her and giving you a warm smile.

"I see my fans in the strangest places. Guess that's why I'm so popular these days," she tells you as she tries to get the bartender's attention, her legs spreading just enough in the shorts she is in to give you a nice look between them.
