You appreciate the ingenuity, but you have a reputation to think of

You very nearly let it slide, seeing as Maggie is happily abiding by the rules you'd laid out, but she's only really meeting the letter of the law and not the spirit. Also, you have a magical notebook that lets you change the letter of the law at a moment's notice. For now, though, you were pretty sure you could resolve this issue without writing any new rules at all.

"I'm sorry Maggie," you finally answer, "there is one problem. Your glasses are fine, of course, but the, uh, body hair is not. I didn't mention it in the announcement because I'd hoped it wouldn't be an issue, but I'm afraid that if anyone's pubic hair is long and bushy enough to obscure their genitals, that hair actually counts as an article of clothing. You'll either have to trim that back immediately, or lose the bra."

Maggie's face falls as you speak, and you almost feel bad about punishing her like this. Almost. Then she reaches back, unclasps her bra, and lets her hefty jugs hang free, erasing every sapient thought from your mind. You'd never found Maggie particularly hot with her clothes on, but watching those meaty pendulums swing is damn near hypnotic.

"I don't have any clippers here, obviously," she sighs, "so I'll just have to go without for a day and see about pruning this mess tonight."

"O-okay," you nod, only half listening, "and spread the word if you see anyone else breaking the same rule. Send them to me if they don't believe you."

Maggie assures you she will, then turns and walks back to class, her snowy white ass jiggling every step of the way. You want to follow her, albeit with no clear plan of what you'd do if you did, but there's still a whole school's worth of girls lining up to see you. It's going to be a long day.
