You Get Married.

Karen continues down her drunken slope. She gets arrested for drunk driving at the time of the attempted triple **** trial. She fights with the cops and cusses out the judge. She at first refuses then fails in rehab. This adds to her prison sentence. You continue to struggle to raise two kids. Karen is declared an unfit mother and loses all parental rights.

At the age of 29 you get a job working with Bobby and his Dad at the sawmill Mr. Wilson is manager of. Bobby got married to Karen's cousin Amber. They have three small kids. Amber is a teacher and coach at Green River Valley Public Schools. While she didn't like your relationship with Karen, Amber sees that you are a good father and your life long friendship with Bobby has changed her negative attitude towards you. Little Kevin and Stephanie see their cousins often. Amber fixes you up with a new teacher to the area, Lacey Green. You marry three months after your first date.

Lacey and her twin sister were cheerleaders at nearby rival Smalltown High School. Lacey got pregnant with Jon Smith's baby at the famous party. He never married her or took any responsibility for her daughter. Mr. Smith paid for Lacey's college (State University, about four hours away) and childcare needs. She was briefly married and teaching in the Capital City area. She filed for divorce when her second daughter was four months old after her husband was arrested for federal felony **** charges. She discovered she was pregnant again three weeks after that. Seven months later, she gives birth to a son.

You adopt all five kids as Kevin and Stephanie were Jones for insurance. Little Kevin (now Kevin, Junior) has grown used to being oldest. His new adopted sister is three months older but they soon develop a twin like relation and get along well. Stephanie is eight months older than Lacey's second daughter, Melissa (Missy), and a grade ahead. Trevor, Lacey's youngest, 11 months younger than Missy is in the same grade as his older sister. Being in the same grade they also have twin-like behaviors. Stephanie always wanted a sister and likes that she is in the middle. Kevin and Trevor get along as brothers as each always felt they were missing something.
