Erica is a Single Mom

There is enough questions about her pregnancy at the trial for Erica to consider it unwise to get married to you. Her Dad is a beer distributor and her education is a perfect fit for the family business. After the birth of her (and your) twins, a boy she names James (Jim) and a girl she names Jennifer (Jenni), she settles into running the business and being a single mom. Her mom helps a lot with the twins and before they start school her dad semi retires and helps raise the grandkids as well. This allows Erica to manage work and parenting with great satisfaction and success.

As she didn't do so well in her marriage or dating before that, Erica never dates or remarries after the trial. With yours and Erica's combined genes, Jim and Jenni grow up to be great athletes. While he could have gone to State University on a full ride playing quarterback, Jim chooses to walk on at Johnson College so his grandpa can see him play while sitting in a luxury box close to home and not have to drive over four hours to sit on bleachers at State. Jim passed on a full ride at Johnson (as his mom and grandparents can afford to send him to the expensive and exclusive school) so the scholarship could go to a great offensive tackle from a low income area of Capital City. Jenni chooses to go to Woocott Institute to be close to her mom and grandparents. She is a Track, Tennis and Cross Country running standout.
