Ah shit I didn’t consider that. The closet seems to be able to fit a lot more since I don’t own too much clothes and maybe she could sleep on my bed the floor can’t be that bad can it?

“How about you sleep on my bed and I sleep on the floor?” I say thinking it’s a good idea.

“WHAT?! No I can’t let you do that, we can share the bed there’s a lot of space and I don’t want you to be uncomfortable -“ she continues to ramble on

I pull her back into a hug this time tighter surprising her and she stops rambling “don’t worry it’s fine besides I heard that there is a lot of health benefits sleeping on the floor” I tease

I hear a small sniffle and a quiet “thank you so much”

“Don’t worry about it I still feel that I should help you more since you know you’re kinda my best, and only, friend how about I help pay of your debts?”

She pushes me away “no. These are my debts I want to be the one to handle them”

Well that was surprising was this a pride thing? “What why not? I want to help you.”

She looks at me with those beautiful lilac eyes “I can’t if you help me they’ll take my house away they made it so I have to be the one to pay and if not in cash than in different ways” she slowly gets quiet towards the end

“So where’s your house Wendy? I’ll go get your stuff and I’ll need the key”

“Um it’s the yellow one by the park. Y-you don’t have to go young master I don’t want to inconvenience you”

“Ah it’s fine i just need to kill some time anyways” I lie knowing full well what I need to do
