Once again, the world wrapped itself around her. She once again stood by herself in the bushes, completely clean. The man hadn't violated her mouth yet, she was taken back to a time before he had even appeared.

Seconds later, the bandit leader showed up, dragging the student known as Edelgard along the ground.

"While my men are slaughtering your comrades, you and I will have a little fun." he laughed.

"Now!" Sothis whispered "Take him out while he's distracted!"

Byleth hesitated. She didn't feel dragged to the man yet, but she knew that whatever trick he used would come into action soon. But with her hand on the hilt of her sword, it didn't feel right to kill him. Instead, she picked up a rock and charged against him. Before he had time to turn around, she hit him in the back of the head, and he fell over, ****.

The student, which the bandit leader had kidnapped stood up and brushed herself of.

"Thank you, you saved my life. I can't imagine what would happen with me if you didn't intervene." She bowed shortly. Byleth just looked down sadly, because she knew what would become of her. This was however the first time Byleth had the time to fully observe the student.

"My name is Edelgard Von Hresvelg, I'm the heiress to the Adrestian Empire. I beg you forgiveness for my rudeness, but I believe we should seek out the others." She spoke sternly. Byleth felt that she acted a bit arrogant, but thats maybe because of her title.

Before they made their way back, they tied the man to a tree with some rope. Byleth found herself being unusually delicate while tying up the man. She found herself caress his hairy arm before she snapped out of it. She saw that Edelgard noticed and looked at her with a stern look.

"Be careful, it seems this man has some sort of magical ability. I felt myself unable to harm him, and thus he was able to capture me." Edelgard spoke. "Let's go, we should not keep the others waiting."
