Above John's body still hung one of the large mirrors from before so he could see his transformation. He saw the nurses put on the hair-removal cream. Then two of them took razors and shaved his whole body, even his full head. Next a lotion got applied to his now hairless body. It slightly changed his skin, making it smoother. Then the senior physican started to alter his face. He injected some liquid to make it look older. He also injected it into John's lips to make them big and full. With them his face looked more womanly, but in total it looked more masculine than feminine. For a short time John only saw a nurse injecting something into his lids and brows. As she was done and moved away, he saw in the mirror him again having eyelashes and thin arcs of eyebrowns. John saw the nurse continuing with his scalp hair. Hair after hair she injected long curly blond hair into his skin. In the meantime two surgeons had liposucked his arms and legs and were reducing his hands and feet in size. An other surgeon worked on John's waist. He lightly reduced it's size, not as much as was done with his father. After they were done his chest got cut open and big implants inserted. Looking from above John thought they were huge, but in fact they were half his fathers size, which still was very big.
