Does Steve follow through?

Yes.

"Alright. If it's alright with Jon I can... do it." Steve looks over at Jon and he nods and starts to open his jean's fly.

"She wasn't specific Jon, keep your pants on!" Steve says as he takes his hand over Jon's package in the jeans. He starts to rub the tent that was still around after Liz's lap dance. "Don't look at me when I'm doing it either dude." Steve says making the whole thing more awkward.

Jon starts to stare at Sam, as she is the only one topless at the moment and starts to breath heavy. Steve has been making award motions on Jon's tent and starts to speed up faster, he is totally getting grossed out and you are kind of enjoying it. Sam clearly is and Kay is laughing a bit in the corner at the whole thing. Jon keeps staring at Sam and then closes his eyes and breaths heavy. You hear a slight splat sound in his jeans and Steve stops crushing the tent in Jon's pants.

Kay laughs at Steve pulls a name form the hat just wanting to forget the whole thing.
