"Ms. Panettiere is here to see you," your receptionist starts to tell you, but you have already beat her to the punch and buzzed Hayden, wearing a blue tank top and a pair of worn-out blue jeans, in yourself.

"What brings you to my office today, Hayden?" you ask her, genuinely intrigued, since it is no big secret she has moved to Nashville since landing a starring role on the show of the same name.

"Well John, just because I have moved to Nashville doesn't mean I still don't need some sort of Hollywood connection," she tells you, explaining that she still does get projects that require her presence in town even though she has moved to Nashville.

"Are you going to be in town long Hayden?" you ask her, wincing a bit at the forwardness of your question, but needing to ask it, and know the answer, so you know how to proceed with the rest of the meeting.

"Actually, no," she tells you as you finish up working on the contract and hand it to her, "so we might need to meet somewhere out of the office to finish this. I have to leave in a few days."

"I tell you what Hayden," you say to her, willing to work with her, "meet me back here in my office tomorrow and we'll see if we can hammer this out."

As she leaves your office, she agrees and says she'll see you soon.
