When you see the gaggle of teen and early-twenties aged males gathering outside the stadium, no doubt waiting on Lauren to be that age, you follow them and just try to blend in.

But when she brings herself over to you in that loose-fitting softball jersey, you notice that most of the crowd has already left.

"I'm just curious John, so don't take this the wrong way...but aren't you a little old to be a fan of mine?" she asks you, now that it is just the two of you talking.

"HA...I am a fan of any and all age groups, if the music is good," you tell her, Lauren smiling at me, and walking me over to the side of the stadium to continue our conversation.

It took a few more minutes, but as most overprotective parents of a hot teenage daughter will do, Lauren's parents made their way over to her, tiring of waiting on her to stop talking to the "suspicious older gentleman."

"Who are you guys talking about? Him? That's John. He may be a little older, yes, but he's a fan of mine like all the rest of those boys were."

You were just about to sneak off and let the parent-daughter argument commence when Lauren stopped you, her parents storming off.

"John wait," she tells you, grabbing your arm, "you might be a little older than most guys I've ever gone out with. But whenever my parents and I fight like that, that's usually what I do, if you know what I'm saying..."
