The means in which you get yourself in position to meet Lucy are maybe not the greatest, but the way you have it figured, an open door with "authorized access only" means people like you with an all-access pass are the only ones allowed.

Once you see Lucy come bounding into the room in her short blue skirt and simple white shirt, you are relieved for two reasons.

One: you didn't get busted going through that door, and two: the plan appears to have actually worked.

You kind of hang around the periphery of the room for awhile, letting Lucy talk to the people with the real jobs, and before too long she's walking up to you.

"Nice meeting you...John," she says, seeing it on your pass, before beginning to engage you in conversation.

She's just about to move along, and you overhear her telling one of her handlers that she wanted to hit some of the hot spots around town, since that was her last performance for the day.

And that's when you make your move.

"Lucy...wait..." you tell her, running after her, "this is my first CMA Fest, too. Would a pretty girl like you maybe be interested in showing me a good time?"
