Rushing across campus through the common area, Ashley reaches the staff bathroom. She reaches out and grasps the outer handle...

LOCKED!

GAH! Ashley is practically bursting at this point! Knocking and hearing no response, Ashley reaches for the keys on her lanyard..

KEYS!

Ashley curses once again, picturing the lanyard with keys hanging out of her purse...on her desk...in her classroom. Frustrated, Ashley huffs back in the direction of her classroom, only to be waved down by the school nurse.

"Hey, Ash! Ash! Wait up!"

Ugh, Ashley hates it when people shorten her name. Putting on a fake smile, she stops to see what the nurse might want.

"Ash, I'm glad I caught you! Come with me!"

Grabbed by the arm in a friendly manner, Ashley is led down several hallways toward the nurse's office. Walking at the nurse's faster pace, Ashely involuntarily lets out a few more spurts of urine into her slowly filling diaper. The pair finally arrives at the makeshift medical bay, the nurse patting the bed for Ashley to sit. Happy to have some control over her aching bladder, Ashley obliges.

"Ash, you're way overdue for your physical! You were supposed to get this done before the beginning of the school year!"

"Sorry, I'll make an appointment for this weekend" Ashley grumbles, curses her own laziness.

"Actually, without this paperwork, your medical coverage is void and we can't have you on campus. If something were to happen, the school would be held liable! But don't worry, we can do your physical right here, Ash!"

Ashley's eyes widen. Of course she doesn't want to lose out on this week's pay with rent coming up, and she doesn't want the school to be held liable, but Ashley is also very conscious of what she is wearing! Taking no answer as an acknowledgement, the nurse pulls Ashley to her feet, proceeding with the exam. The sudden movement forces Ashley to release more urine into her diaper. The nurse tests Ashley's blood pressure and pulse, followed by her vision. She then checks Ashley's heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose, and throat. The entire process, Ashley watches the clock spend away her bathroom time as she feels the pressure in her bladder become intolerable.

"Okay, Ash. Almost done. I just need to evaluate your posture, joints, strength, and flexibility. If you could remove your clothes, we can knock out the rest of the physical before your next class!"

Unsure of what to do, Ashley crosses her legs and stares down at her abdomen as if looking through her skirt toward her semi-expanded padding.

"There's no need to be shy, Ash! It's just us girls."

Mistaking Ashley's hesitation for shyness, the nurse begins to help Ashley out of her blouse (having removed her blazer prior to check her heart rate), revealing Ashley's large, sexy bra: an interesting line to walk, needing size to support her above average breasts, but still wanting to feel attractive. Frozen in fear, Ashley can only keep her head down and allow the nurse to strip her. As the nurse slowly zips off the skirt, Ashley's heart leaps out of her chest. Skirt removed, the nurse looked puzzled as she sees an odd bulge beneath Ashley's pantyhose. Initially presuming it to be some large underwear, possibly granny panties, the nurse pulls the hose down to Ashley's feet. From her crouching position, the nurse looks up, directly into Ashley's large, nighttime diaper.

"Oh! Well then, Ash! I didn't realize you had this issue! I'm glad I caught you when I did; now I can update your charts!"

"No..uh..I..it..it was an accident, I don't need these!"

"Well by the looks of it..." The nurse prods the expanded portion of Ashley's diaper "You do."

The sudden jabs from the nurses finger were too much for Ashley as her bladder involuntarily releases, releasing the rest of what Ashley managed to hold in from the night before. The diaper slowly yellows and expands, going from quarter-full...

Half full...

Three quarters full...

And bursting.

Entirely yellow, Ashley's crinkly diaper is crinkly no more. Now expanded, heavy, and sagging halfway to her knees, Ashley had never wet so heavily, and never during the day! As the nurse rose and made some notes on Ashley's chart, Ashley began to sob into her hands, finding the nurse's childish nickname for her somewhat fitting.
