I sat down on the bench and eating my candy head laid back against the wall looking out at the people who rushed about their days, “James I need your help!” Sadie barked rushing in on her horse with a red headed woman on the back who looked back desperately, “Sadie What are you running from? And before you ask I know when you are running!” Sadie stopped the horse before throwing the reigns over the hitching post spoke, “My friend was going to be burnt for being a witch! She healed people that were deemed impossible to fix and now they want her burnt, how stupid are these folks?” I nodded before seeing the villagers storm into town with on their horses was met by me barking, “You are in my territory! You have no jurisdiction here so leave!” “She is a witch! A witch we need to kill her to stop the heretic from spreading her evil message!” I handcuffed the woman before as I said, “We will see about that now leave before me and the town folk drive you out or should I start arresting you for disturbing the peace?” they nodded backing off leaving me to take the woman to the cells, “Just protocol to keep them whiners happy, don’t worry no more than a few days.
