WonderCon with Mia & Michelle: The journey to Anaheim.

There were no further hostilities between you, Mia, & Michelle, so things proceeded as planned, except for the extra trip necessary to pick up Michelle. Thanks to your good guy friends & co-workers, you were able to borrow one of your friends' SUV, so that you had plenty of secure place for 4 sets of baggage--your luggage, the luggage of your younger, nerdy cousin, Mia's normal & cosplay gear, & Michelle's own normal & cosplay gear. Your cousin is the first to be picked up, since he lives with his parents in the Antelope Valley area. That allows you to streamline the trip to your next destination, which is Chinatown, to pick up Michelle. Mia is the last one you pick up, since she lives the closest to Anaheim. With all of them on board, and the hotel check-in window looming, you make the drive to where WonderCon is being held.

When you & your group arrive at the hotel, which is a nice walking distance from both the convention center, & the Disneyland Resorts, you find Mia's brother & his girlfriend already there. After some careful negotiations, the decision was made to assign 3 people to each room. Although you didn't like the idea of having your cousin use the room that Mia's brother & his girlfriend will use, you felt it was far safer for him, than sharing the room with you & the cosplayers. So it was that you, Mia, & Michelle, took the room with a nice view of the wide walkway that connects the convention center to the nearby hotels, & a drop-off area. It's also where food trucks can roll in, and set up shop. The room itself has a wide space, with a couch that has a coffee table in front, and faces a good-size TV, which is on top of a set of drawers. Near the window is a circular table, with a couple of chairs. The bed is a single, King-size bed, with plenty of pillows & cover space for everyone. Of course, the bathroom has a single sink, toilet, & shower, with all the hotel necessities.

For now, you keep your things in the luggage, allowing Mia & Michelle to equally divide the closet & wardrobe space for their normal clothes, normal ndies, lingerie, all of their cosplay gear, & all of the things necessary for Mia's booth. You listen to them talk about each other's costume pieces, discussing peacefully over the materials that were used, and how they made it. You watch as Mia looks over Michelle's various costumes, though she seems to be looking over the Psylocke costume a bit more extensively. In turn, Michelle looks over the pieces that form Mia's Bayonetta costume, seeing what she's did to a couple of her new pistol props. They continue to do that, as you now make you way down to ground floor, and then to the convention center, so that everyone can pick up their professional & guest badges for the weekend. After that, it was off to join the others at the Disneyland Resort area, to pick up the weekend passes, and enjoy the night over there, before the busy weekend begins.
