Women, society, technology, and more.
First he changed the ratio of men to women from 9 men to every woman to 2 men for every woman (since he couldn't change it back to one per one). Next he made all women beautiful and applied his slutty clothes rule not only to busniss men and women but to everyone.
Next he changed the rule that said that "Some form of money or trade was needed for society to work." It was changed to "Money and trade is not needed because people are naturally kind enough to help one another and give what is needed."
Next one was a rule that said "At least 30% of work done is done by humans." he changed it to "100% of all work is done by machines and all artificial intiligence are naturally loyal to humanity and would never do them wrong."
Finally the one he wanted most -- he changed the rules on sexual taboo to say that "All forms of sex are accepted except for guro and that there were real furries so no one thought to put on a furry suit except as costume."
