There was one big reason why Nancy was not married by now or at least had a boyfriend:

Yet being a lesbian was not good for business in Asia most people weren´t ready to accept women who were into women, thus her lesbian inclination was a well kept secret.

as there was one adamant principle:
Whatever happend at Eden Cove, stayed at Eden Cove!
She could meet one of the girls at an international airport in a couple of months or in a business meeting. No one would remind the other about what has happend at the tropical resort.....
