How Did The Op Go?
Without A Hitch
Disguises secured Jessy and James walked right up to the gate of the Academy's new perimeter. "No visitors while class is in session!" The burly security guard barked, and his Growlith rumbled agreement. "We're not visitors, this is official business." Jessy declared, flashing her forged Department of Children's Welfare credentials while James did the same. "We've had reports of unethical behavior by several of the upperclassmen toward younger students. We're here to do a surprise inspection."
"You could of course refuse to let us enter, but in that case we would be **** to file a recommendation that the school be shut down pending a full police inquiry, and do YOU want to be the person responsible for THAT?" James asked.
The guard gulped and opened the gate.
"Smart man," James commented, and he and Jessy strolled on through.
Similar applications of intimidation and bluster got the rest of thier objectives accomplished, and they reached the base camp before dark. Twelve students, all fairly young, were released from their abduction balls one by one, and tied to cheap but sturdy metal chairs. Two days later the ransom demand was made...

Pokémon: Rest for the Wicked.
When Jessy and James end up stranded on an uninhabited island thousands of miles from the nearest City, Town, or even Village and with no hope in the world of getting rescued, they re-examine their lives up to this point, and over time their relationship.
Jessy and James, lovely and charming villains of Team Rocket, have FINALLY managed to square things with Boss Giovanni. Managing to steal the plans for an illegal prototype pokeball from team Magma which can be used to capture HUMANS, they kidnap several young children from the Pokemon Academy in the Kanto Mountains and hold them for ransom: while Ash Ketchum and Pikachu are on a plane to Aloha and nowhere within 10000 miles. It worked. In recognition of thier NOT screwing up Giovanni gives them a new assignment, posing as deep sea fishing tour guides while hunting for rare aquatic Pokemon... Not very glamorous, but their track record IS abysmal. Having managed to put some distance between themselves and Ash's Pikachu everything goes fairly OK... Right up until James hooks a suspiciously familiar Guayridos. The survive; AGAIN, but find themselves marrooned on an island thousands of miles from nowhere with Meowth nowhere to be found. In the end, this could turn out to be the best thing which has ever happened to them...
