With wishes concerning twins
John, ever the pervert, thought of increasing his sexual prowess. The first change on his list was his endowment. John and Joe had nothing to ashamed of in their pants, but a pervert always thinks he needs more. He wasn't sure about specifically wishing for his own change, and didn't want to make everyone hung (what would be the point of that?). John thought he was pretty clever when he wished that twins are generally much more sexually endowed than others.
Joe took this more seriously. While he was comfortable with his sexuality, it certainly took a lot out of him. Most notably, in his relationship with his brother. Sure they were both huge perverts, but had never once found someone they were both attracted to. This left a gulf between them. Joe wished that twins share all the same sexual preferences and fantasies.
Joe flipped the coin and John called heads in the air.
