With great aplomb, return Mimi's salutation

You know this is going to look cheesy, but... what the hell: you only live once, right? Rather than taking Mimi's hand, you dramatically present yourself by getting down on a knee in front of the Asian beauty (complete with faux-throwing a non-existent cape out of your way).

Taking Mimi's gloved hand in yours, you say, "My word, it is an honor to be in the company of such a splendid and fine young lady!" Your attempt at a historical accent is bad; one of the girls snorts in laughter, the thin one snaps her gum at you.

"It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance." You kiss Mimi's gloved hand.

You can feel all the girls in the room looking at you in disapproving shock... Except, you find as you look up at her, for Mimi. Her mouth is open in an O that is genuinely delighted surprise. Is she starting to blush?

"Lame!" the petite girl dressed up like a schoolgirl cackles.

"Alexis!" Mimi stamps her foot, her hand flying out of your grasp as she turns. Almost instantly, however, she turns and beseeches you with kind words, "Up, up, up! Y- You're too sweet."
