With Necklace + 5 to Tailed Beast Control, Tsunade wakes first....

Tsunade was the first to wake up from her trance, which didn't make sense as she felt herself going under Naruto's power. Given that Naruto had the power of the Nine-tails behind him, it made sense he would wake up first...

'...Except the fact I have the necklace of the First Hokage, one which had the power to enhance Chakra and control the Tailed Beast. Which given my jutsu could mean...' she thought, before she spoke up to the still entranced and staring at her breasts eighteen year old.

"Naruto, are you under my power? Is the Fox under our power?" she asked him.

"Yes, Granny, both of us are under your power." he said, still under her power.

Tsunade wasted no time taking Naruto deeper and deeper under her power, at the same time as making sure the Nine-tails Fox was doing the same. Making it so they would fall instantly when she used her Titnosis Jutsu. Or when she used a trigger phrase, and only her used it.

Once that was done, she asked both Naruto and the Fox if there was anything they suggest she do since she had power over them. The Answer, "The Fox says it can restore your youth and boost your Chakra."

The idea of youth and more Chakra was too much to resist. So she agreed to it, and Naruto did it. She could feel energy and vigor fill her body. Once done, she dropped her illusion. Revealing not the wrinkled body of her previously true age, but that of her young pre-twenty/early twenty year old body. With all of the benefits of it...
