Wipeout

As Jeremy surfed on his surfboard, he noticed and odd breeze down below, but he assumed that it was just the wind going up his swimsuit, and nothing else. But then he noticed his lower regions felt.... light. He looked down to see that his swimsuit and strap on had both ripped off which meant... he gasped, and as he did, he jerked to the right and fell off his board, getting wiped out by the waves. Not only that, though, but Jeremy was dragged down by the strong waves and hit his head on the ground, knocking him out. He was completely out cold as he washed up on the shore completely naked.

Dianne's eyes widened as she witnessed all of it, and she couldn't help but laugh. She stopped recording and flipped the man over onto his back making sure he could breathe, but also making sure his lower half was on full display as she snapped a picture with her phone getting a full frontal image of the man. Before she did anything else though, she also decided to get a rolled up measuring tape from her purse that she had from needing to take measurements for a new bathing suit. She measured the size of Jeremy's little guy and choked as she looked at a half-inch dick, not even half really. She laughed louder causing people to look over and noticing Jeremy lying there naked. Many of the women who had also been harassed by Jeremy approached to see him up close as he laid there in the open. They laughed as they learned of Jeremy's measurement and then Dianne had a smirk on her face as she tweaked his tiny member just enough until it stood at full attention. It did get much bigger, but only left him at an inch and a half causing all of the women to burst out into more laughter.

Dianne not wanting the man to be dead, however, smiled as she decided to get someone to perform CPR on him as she searched for the lifeguard. She yelled for the lifeguard to come over and the lifeguard approached seeing the man lying there naked and out cold. She explained the situation to the lifeguard, and the lifeguard acted quickly.
