Why choose one place when she can take people from all three.

Betty decided that although one place would be good, all three would be better. She managed get Poison Ivy, The Riddler, Clayface, and Catwoman, from the Metahuman jail, she took in Ebon, Shiv, Puff, and Replikon, and from CADMUS, the doctor didn't have much, although oddly they were working on a way to stop the heros sexually if needed, creating a male and female, both physically attractive, capable of emitting pheramones that would make even the gayest guy want to sleep with the woman, vise versa, also capable of making their subject feel great ammounts of pleasure. Fortunately for Betty, she managed to do all of this without attracting attention, and having the people on the inside make sure there were no trace left.

Once she had collected them from their respective places, Betty quickly hypnotised them, enough where they'd follow her no problem, but leaving them average enough where they'd still be themselves. She learned her lesson from when she hypnotised Tim, the level of hypnosis he was at now made it so he was only useful for sex. Betty figured she'd leave the CADMUS soldiers for last resort, plus it would allow her more time to enjoy them, since even though they were programmed for straight sex, she managed to hypnotise the female to pleasure her or other females if needed. So now all she had to do was figure out what to do with the rest of her new minions.
