What if Egbert's Command had an area of effect?

Toward the end of Out of Order, the Oxventurers' Guild is facing off against the handsome rogue Jacques Darkfall. Egbert the Careless casts Command on Darkfall, giving him a simple, one-word direction which, if they fail a Wisdom saving throw, the target must obey;

"Disrobe!"

"Whoa" Corazon spits, "What about 'stop fighting?'"

Prudence offers "Or 'Surrender!'"

"Surrender would also work!"

"Because..." Egbert stalls for a moment, searching for a semi-legitimate explanation, "He has armor on, right? If he takes that off, then we can hurt him more!"

"Y-yeah... But if he stops fighting we won't have to hurt him at all! And he won't be naked!"

"Well, I've said it now!"

"Yes..." Johnny sighs, rubbing the bridge of his nose, "you've said it now, and you've said it very loudly. What's your spell save DC?"

"It's, uh... 12."

"Alright," the DM can't help but grin a little, "everyone make me a Wisdom saving throw!"
