Waking Up

You rub your eyes open, sitting up and taking your surroundings in. "Ah, you're awake. It's about time."

You jump back, reaching for your thigh. You pat it a couple of times, just to not feel anything. "Where am I?" You keep distance away from the woman.

"My house, and relax." She puts her hands up, "I'm Tsunami, the daughter of the man you protected."

"And where are my teammates?" Your shoulders drop slightly before tensing up again.

"They are with your sensei, Kakashi I believe." She smiles.

You nod, finally calming down. You turn your head, watching the door open. You smile softly as Sakura asks if your okay, just to realize your standing up.

She tackles you with a hug, "I was so worried!"

"I'll leave you two alone." Tsunami leaves the room, closing the door behind her.

"I can't...breath..." you lay on the ground with her sitting on your chest.

"Sorry!" she scoots down, "How do you feel?"

You try to ignore the fact she is sitting on your crotch, "Starved."

"I could ask Ms. Tsunami if she would allow me to make you something." She offers.

"I'm okay for now, and judging by the sun it's almost lunch time." you attempt to keep eye contact and not let your gaze lower, but you can't help from taking a couple of glances.

"We should go to Kakashi-sensei." Sakura hops up, "Oh, your stuff is in the closet."

You nod and get ready with all of your ninja tools. You sigh and head to the room holding Kakashi.

You walk in as he turns to the door, "Hello, sensei."

"Oh, you're up? That's good." He smiles under his mask.

"It is, but I was wondering if you would allow me to train in the woods after lunch." You do a small bow.

"I planned for us to train then," Kakashi grunts as he gets into a sitting position, "And since you are up you can train along side us, even if it most likely isn't the same thing."

"What do you mean not the same thing? Why would he do different training than us?" Naruto asks.

"Maybe he already knows how to do it." Kakashi shrugs and props himself on crutches.

You open the door for Kakashi, allowing him to leave the room and head to the dining room table.

Walking beside Sakura you can’t help but smile, not entirely because of her but because how lucky you are to have your team. And sure Naruto and Sasuke have their fights but it doesn’t change the fact that you believe they’ll end up good friends.
