Wade Load

In a show filled with geniuses Wade is one of the top brains, receiving the first of several PhDs before even turning ten. He is the classic black nerd stereotype, brilliant and somewhat socially backward.

He has devoted himself to helping Kim... Which in canon includes having spy cameras all over her house to monitor her (and her Mom?). Does he have tapes of Kim changing, showering, etc.? Probably.

In addition to stalking Kim, Wade showed an unhealthy interest in Monique in one episode. Unhealthy in the sense of creating a lust ray. When struck with the ray Monique was all over Wade until the effect wore off, and could not remember what she had done when under the influence.

So figure that a horny nerd can basically turn any girl in Middleton into a brainless sex toy and she won't remember what happened afterward. And remember he has an unhealthy interest in Kim as well. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
