Velvet waits

Velvet frowned, trying to ignore the increased beating of her heart. Where was Coco? She couldn't have gone far, she had taken the last outfit only a minute ago.

She was probably just taking a bit longer than usual to pick out her next outfit. Nothing surprising about that. Coco could be pretty picky when it came to fashions. If she just waited here then Coco would surely show up.

And so Velvet sat down in the changing stall, content to wait for her friend in her underwear.

However, after ten minutes had gone by Coco still hadn't shown up Velvet was beginning to get very worried. Had something happened to Coco? Had she left? What had Coco done with her original clothes? She couldn't even call Coco on her scroll because her scroll was in her purse which was with her clothes.

"Coco? Are you there?" Velvet tried again. But she was received no response.

Cautiously, Velvet opened the door of her changing room and looked out. She was the only one using the changing rooms right now. Slowly, she peeked her head and bare shoulders outside into the corridor.

"Coco?" Again, no response.

Where in Remnant was her teammate?
