The top level of magic items that are craftable by modern means, though it takes the highest level of magical artisan to pull off such a feat. There are usually fewer than ten people in the entire world at any given time that are capable of crafting this level of item. Items like this won't be found in stores outside of capital cities or elite magical institutes.

Here's a handful of examples, with more to follow.

Bongio's Bountiful Breastplate

Requires attunement.

This breastplate has a pair of crude stuffed leather humanoid breasts on the front. If a person wears this breastplate with nothing between it and the skin of their chest while they attune with it, the breastplate will transform into a pair of large flesh breasts and merge with the wearer's body. The wearer will then be able to feel them as if they were a part of their own body, and even produce milk through them. If the wearer unattunes with the breastplate, it will return to its normal leather form.

Ring of Pure Meditation

Requires attunement.

While wearing this ring, the wearer will lose -1 HORNINESS on a long rest instead of increasing it by their LIBIDO.
