Trying out new clothes

We walked in and immediately Ivan dragged me to the boys section much to Gabi’s hesitation. “Fine,” she said, crossing her arms. “We’ll do men’s first but I’m not being rushed when it’s my turn.” “You got it sis.” Ivan replied while rummaging through aisles of clothing. I kind of just stared at him checking everything out as if it were gold. I guess to him it is.

“You’re not gunna try anything?” Gabi asked while approaching me from behind. I shrugged. “Don’t really know what I want to wear really.” “Aw! Not while I’m around babe, get over here I’m gunna help make you beautiful!” Ivan exclaimed with Gabi laughing. “You shouldn’t have said that out loud.” I shrugged nervously as Ivan started picking out clothes and stacking them onto me. At first it was kinda cute but after a few minutes the stack of clothes slowly grew into a damn tower on my hands.

“Don’t you think this is a bit much?!” I asked with Gabi noticeably giggling and enjoying the show. “Heck no, I was just done with the first two aisles I still have like 8 more to pick from.” I groaned as he added more clothes to the pile with Gabs finally speaking up. “Ivan you’re gunna break his arms and you sure as hell aren’t going to buy him all this. Don’t overdo like last time.” He rolled his eyes and sighed. “Can’t a guy have a bit of fun?” “Well, let’s ask Alex.”

Both turn over to me. “I think I’d rather go to the girls section instead.” I muttered. Gabi smiled and Ivan giggled a bit. “Well I guess that will work, c’mon. Let’s go try em out.” “Where are your clothes?” I ask. “You’re carrying them.”

“... what??”

A while later in the dressing room, Ivan had me spin around showing off the numerous amounts of clothing he picked out. Honestly neither of them were my style, most likely because I have no style, but it was fun in an odd way to show off. “Seeeee? You look good in all this, you gotta pick out one.” “I don’t know,” I scratched my head, “I’m not sure if I have the money to spend for it.” Ivan paused for a bit before speaking up. “Which pair do you like?” “Huh?” “Pick one.” I did. “Good, that’s the one I’m gettin for you.”

“Oh uh, Ivan you don’t-” “I know, but I want to. Don’t worry about it, think of it as a welcoming gift.” He smiled and kissed me before walking out with the pair of clothes I picked out. Huh... he really didn’t have to but...damn. I found myself blushing a bit and leaned against the wall. Finally I caught myself and walked out just as Ivan purchased the clothes and handed me the bag with the receipt. “Th-thanks, a lot. It was really uh.. sweet of you man.”

“Ehh, thank me later cutie.” He smiled and gave me another kiss on the lips, making the cashier stare at us wide eyed before Gabi cleared her throat. “So uh, my turn now?” “Right right, of course babe.” Ivan said before winking at me. “Let’s go.” He grabbed my hand as we walked out, the cashier just staring at us the whole time. I laughed a bit seeing the cashiers reaction, she was wide eyed with a soft red hue on her face. I wonder what she thought about all this, all I could do was shrug and enjoy the ride.
