Try to cut a deal with her

You decide that maybe you could cut a deal with her about Carly to give her what she wants in return for an 'alliance' of sorts, and you have an idea on how you could do it. Not alienating other MotherBoard users would likely be a good idea, and becoming friends with them logically seems like an even better one. You just need to make a few changes.

"Hmm, I have an idea. How about I undo my changes on Carly and erase people's memories of her being like this, so you can have your fun with her as a blan slate?", you offer, seeing that it could also be fun to see what the girl can come up with her own MotherBoard. She seems to consider your proposition for a moment.

"That sounds good. Where is your computer?", she asks, and you decide she shouldn't know about the hack yet. When she gains your trust you might tell her.

"It's in my bag, I'll go use it and I'll be back", you assure her, leaving the room. You then quickly undo your changes on Carly and use the reality altering abilities to make everyone forget what she looked like and what you did to her. Looking back you see Carly back to her usual, fairly attractive self, chatting some guys into giving her extra tips by showing cleavage and wiggling her ass, just as Tiffany described. You feel it is a bit of shame your fun changes are gone, but you could re-add them later, and can't wait to see what Shannon will do. You then return to Shannon, ready to see just that, what she will do to her. You quickly get behind her again, watching the computer screen as she loads up Carly's profile, now reset back to the way it was last night before you did anything.

"Thank you for this. You don't know how much it means to me to **** this bitch. I've been waiting so long to do this", she thanks you, a smile in her face replacing the serious and somewhat disappointed look that was on her face earlier, and you tell her it's nothing, and simply watch as she enters into the different sections you've used before and makes her desired changes. You silently note to yourself her smile makes her certainly look better.

You are frankly impressed with what this girl can come up with as you see her begin, and congratulate yourself on getting the idea to help her get her **** fantasy on Carly. You also check her out as she works. She mentioned making herself prettier so Carly would notice her, and if that's true, she sure did a good job of making herself look good. She looks quite cute, and you feel it is a shame you can't use your powers on her to make her yours.

Then again, it makes all the more attractive, as a woman with your same powers, someone you'd have to woo the normal way rather than just crank her libido to max and wait for her to beg for your dick, like you did with Tiffany and Alexis, if you wanted to fuck her.
