Try and stand up for Tanya

You see the situation getting out of hand, it shouldn't have come as a surprise, Terri didn't really like Tanya like the rest of you, hell she only tolerated her in the group because Yuki liked her for sticking up for her one day, when she was cornered by two assholes from the football team. Now Terri had had something to drink and was making her dislike of Tanya more vocal. This was a party however and possibly the last time all of you would get together like this, and you didn't want it to end like this. "Hey it's ok Terri, it's just a bit of fun, really I didn't mind being asked, and if I couldn't tell all my closest friends, how am I supposed to tell someone else if I have to later on in life." You say trying to bring back the positive mood to the room.

"Ughhh, stop defending that slutty bitch Ellie, she talks down to you and makes fun of you all the time, and you stick up for her." Terri snaps as she spills her drink on the floor.

You look over to Tanya who is staring at the floor looking pretty miserable. Technically Terri was completley right, but it wasn't like that, on paper yeah sure, but in reality Tanya has been the best friend you've ever had, and she's used her teasing to try and help you step out your comfort zone, and well without that you might still be that shy timid girl too scared to answer questions in class. You shake your head. "It's not like that!" You yell at the top of you voice finding youself trembling slightly from the anger at Terri making Tanya feel so bad.

"Oh for fucks sakes Ellie are you going to be a doormat all of your life." Terri replies as the rest of the girls in the room don't know where to look the whole feeling in the room feeling horrible and awkward.

"You might think of me as a door mat, but if it wasn't for Tanya I wouldn't have half the confidence that I do today." You begin still in a raised voice feeling you body shake as you yell. Terri begin to open her mouth before you cut her off. "No you listen, If it wasn't for Tanya I'd of never of done as well as I have, I'd of let all the bullies get to me, I'd of never of tried half the sports or activities I did without her telling me to stop worrying and go for it. Hell without Tanya I probably of never spoken to half of you and made such a solid group of friends. So yes Terri I will always stand up for Tanya as she may tease me, and make fun of me, but I owe her more than I can possibly repay. She gets to tease me and poke fun at me because she's earned that right, because I know she's got my back." You finish noticing how much you've been shaking and short of breath from all of the yelling.

There was a deafening silence in the room, as no one knew what to say, or how to react. "I'm sorry about Terri." Yuki says after standing up. "She isn't good with drinking, we all think Tanya is cool, and she's been a good friend to all of us. Now I think I'll make sure Terri gets home." Yuki says before taking one of Terri's arms and practically dragging her along.

"Errmmmm thanks for the great party, really sorry Terri spoiled it like that." Emma says looking over to Amy who also stands up.

"No it's ok I think the moods officially dead." You reply with smile looking back to Tanya who still is staring down at her feet in the chair, looking pretty sad still.

"Well we'll try and catch up another time Ellie." Amy says with a smile, and quickly hugs you before turning to Emma. "Can I split a cab and crash at yours?" Amy asks.

"Sure, as long as you don't mind the couch." Emma says with a giggle before taking out her phone and ordering a taxi. "See you later Ellie and Tanya, lets grab lunch together sometime next week, hopefully we'll be able to laugh about this." Emma says before turning to Amy.

"Yeah definitely, now you'll forgive me, but I've been dying for a smoke all night, so love you both." Amy says with a smile before walking off leaving you with the still silent Tanya.

You wait for the sound of the front door closing before you walked over to the armchair that Tanya was sat on. You place a hand on Tanya's shoulder and you could hear Tanya sniff and her hands wipes at her eyes.

"I'm sorry Ellie." Tanya begins before you kneel down to her eyes level your warm smile stopping her as as she looks down at you.

"Don't be silly Tanya, Didn't you hear what I yelled at Terri, I know you don't tease me to be mean and hurtful. I meant what I said you're a true friend and I owe you a lot. Now I think I've still got a dance or two in me, if you'd care to join me." You say standing back up and offering a hand to Tanya.

"Thanks Ellie, it was really cool seeing you standing up for me like that." Tanya replies with a smile as she takes your hand and you help her to her feet.

"You're welcome, I'm just sorry that I don't have anything for us to thrash out to, just the finest crappy pop a girl could want to dance to I'm afraid." You reply as you walk back to the impromptu dance floor and start the music back up.

"Ah well guess I'll have to live with the bumping and grinding." Tanya says with a smile as she walks up behind dancing right behind you with her hands moving around your body.

"Glad to hear it, almost as glad to see you smiling again." You reply with a giggle as you begin to press your butt back into Tanya with a giggle as you grind your ass on her as you both enjoy your exaggerated club dancing.

After a few songs with a lot of brushing up against each other and a lot of giggling, you and Tanya need a break and you stop the music and head over to the couch and crash into the soft material.

"Thanks for that Ellie I really needed that to cheer me up after truth and dare went so badly." Tanya says with a giggle as she adjusts her dress slightly.

"Don't mention it, I owe you a lot." You reply with a smile as you rest your head on Tanya's shoulder, as you find your heart beating faster as Tanya begins to stroke your hair with a hand idly.

"I still can't believe Terri, calling me a slut. I mean maybe I can be a bit of a bitch, but a slut?" Tanya sighs as she stops stroking your long red hair and rests her head on yours.

"She's just jealous." You murmur back in your part drunk and part relaxed state.

"Jealous?" Tanya asks as you adjust your head slightly and end up resting on Tanya's big double D's

"Yeah, Jealous of you. You're cool, strong, sexy and have a body I'd kill for." You reply in your rested state.

"A body you'd kill for? You sure it's Terri who's jealous?" Tanya giggles back, as you feel her laughter through your impromptu boob pillow.

"Alright maybe I'm jealous of your smoking hot body, and your confidence to try what you want, and stepping up to who you want and hooking up with them." You continue as you stretch your legs out and turn slightly so your lying back with your head on Tanya's boobs and looking up at Tanya's face.

"Maybe that's just a cry for attention because I can't have what I want." Tanya replies with a grin as she looks down at you.

"I can't imagine any one stupid enough to turn you down, you're awesome." You reply with a giggle.

"Well maybe I'm too nervous to ask this person." Tanya replies back with a grin and you sit up and turn to face her.

"Yeah right, the Tanya I know once told me that being nervous was stupid as rejection isn't nearly as bad as never trying." You reply with a smile and stick your tongue out at her.

"Oh and what if I told you that my white whale was you, and that I wanted you to kiss me." Tanya replies with a smile.

"Well then I guess I'd do this." You reply before quickly moving your face towards Tanya's and pressing your soft lips to hers, your tongue quickly licking Tanya's lips getting a taste of her black cherry flavoured lipstick before Tanya parts her lips letting your tongue into her mouth, as you begin to kiss her properly, your tongues dancing and gliding over one and other, before you finally pull back, a single strand of saliva stretching between your lips and Tanya's as you feel your heart pounding inside of you as you look at Tanya's almost dumbstruck face.

"Well fuck, that was...... wow." Tanya says as she doesn't take her eyes off you, as a huge smile appears on her face. You have a huge rush of emotions suddenly rushing inside your head, as you try and process what you just did. "How are you feeling Ellie?" Tanya asks with a bigger smile than you've ever seen on her face.

"I feel like I want to do that again." You reply looking up at Tanya.

"Then why don't we?" Tanya ask with another grin before you throw yourself at her, and you begin to make out with Tanya your best and closest friend for years.
