The nanites could be tasked to do specific things if it was so desired, for a price of course and it just so happened that Chris no possessed the most valuable commodity on the market, A fresh, un-used hole and so as Adam rolled around and begged and squealed from the spicy mixture of piss and hot sauce in his tight little ass Chris pondered the changes he could have done to him. He could afford anything really, no one would pass up a shot at a virgin hole, this would of course (sadly)mean giving away the gift of bursting Adam's cherry to someone else yet on the other hand he could get changes made to him that would make him a much better fuck.
