What's the issue?

Trouble Brewing

"I just had a lengthy complaint from a customer that you didn't fulfill the service requirements and were quite mean to her." Emma looked at you sternly. She was a no nonsense boss, slightly taller but quite sturdily built. Her red hair seemed to accentuate her serious disposition. "You know the rules, Doug. We have customer satisfaction at our highest priority." She shifted one leg over the other, almost as if she was trying to show you what was hidden beneath her business skirt. Your mind raced. It was definitely Eva, she seemed a bit upset that you couldn't accommodate her dinner requests. "Now. We have a few options here. This customer is extremely agitated, but I've been observing your work and you seem to be doing just fine." You forehead started to sweat as Emma leaned in from her chair. "You can either spend some time with me in disciplinary and service training," she smiled, coyly, "Or you may go through the standard procedures and talk with the customer in a more relaxed setting." Emma alluded towards the complaint rooms that your workplace was notorious for.

"Well, Doug?" Emma started to shift in her seat, as if she already knew the answer you were going to give her.

Disciplinary Action? Or Customer Satisfaction?
