Transfiguration Class and Potions

John and Hermione were in the Gryffindor-Slytherin Transfiguration Class Headed by Gryffindor House Head, Professor Minerva McGonagall. He was Passing Hermione his Notes from before Class. She was Deeply Appreciative of it. ''Hermione.'' Says John in a Whisper as he slides over a Piece of Parchment. ''A list of Texts you shouldn't check after class. Some may prove useful.'' Says John as he Begins to Focus less on Hermione and More on the Lesson.

Ron and Harry eventually arrive when the Lesson is pretty much complete. John shared a Look of Disdain with Hermione at their Tardiness. At this Point John had finished his Work and Gave The Professor his Completed work. He left with a Wink at Hermione.

(Potions Lab)

John arrived early at the Potions Lab, and Found not a Grim-Looking Professor Snape looking at Him. Soon Hermione Arrived, as Did the Others. ''There will be no Foolish Wand-Waving or Silly Incantations in this Class........As Such I don't Expect Many of You To Appreciate The Subtle Science and Exact Art that is Potion-Making. However For those Select Few, Who Possess the Predisposition......I can Teach you how to Bewitch The Mind and Ensnare The Senses. I can Tell you how to Bottle Fame, Brew Glory and Eve Put a Stopper in ****. Then Again Maybe Some of You Have Come to Hogwarts in Possession of Abilities So Formidable that You Feel Confident To Not Pay Attention. ........Mr Potter Our New Celebrity....Tell me What Would I get if I Added Powdered Root of Asphodel to an Infusion of Wormwood?'' Asks Snape as Hermione raises her Hand, but Potter remains ignorant. ''You don't know? Well Let's Try Agan. Where Mister Potter would You Look if I asked you to Find A Be Zoar?'' Snape Asks. Hermione Raises her hand a Little farther this time, but Snape stil, ignores her. ''I Don't know Sir.'' Says Harry. ''And What is the Difference between Monkshood and Wolf Bane?'' Asks Snape. This Time Hermione is practically standing up with her arm raised. ''I Don't Know Sir.'' Harry says Again. ''Pity....Clearly Fame Isn't Everything, Is It Mister Potter.'' Says Snape as Draco Looks on in Amusement.

Class Had Finished and John had been Going back over his Notes and his Textbooks after he'd Completed his Work, to Make sure he Hadn't Missed anything. Once or Twice he'd Caught Snape Giving him an Approving Look. But as the Others left He stayed behind. ''Class is Over Mister Doe, You May Go.'' Says Snape. ''I Appreciate the Pass Professor, But I'd Prefer to Make Certain that I Haven't Missed anything in my Notes.'' Says John as Snape Gets up and Stands by the Door. ''Doe!'' Says Snape as John sighs and Packs up his Stuff before Leaving the Class.
