Tracking Trinity

Leo, Emma, and you hop in the car. Trinity's last known whereabouts are an apartment across town.

As you park you quip. “What are the odds she’s still there?”

Emma smiles. “Pretty low, but best to be prepared.”

You grab a gun and holy water. The apartment building is nondescript in a poor area. You climb up seven floors.

You take point and kick in the door. The stench is overwhelming. A green skinned woman in what can best be described as a kitchen turns to face you.

She scowls. “Demon bitch sold me out. Still no matter, I can deal with you.”

She moves her hands and begins to say something.

Emma splashed her with holy water. She screams.

“What? What have you done! I’m...I’m...melting.”

You watch as she literally melts, becoming a puddle of stinky green goo.

“Shit. I needed to know what she made me drink. Anyone have any idea what she meant by demon bitch?”

“No idea Jack, but I’m pretty sure I saved you from something nasty.”

“No, you’re right Emma, thanks. At least that’s one less monster we have to worry about.”

You drive back in silence.

You have a quick dinner than hit the sack. For some reason you’re exhausted. Your eyes slam shut the moment you hit the pillow.
