To the mall to pick up tux

John wasn't going to get anywhere if he didn't have his tux. Maybe someone will say yes if I look the part, he thought.

With a bit of finagling his mom lent him her car and he was off to the Plateau Mall. A mega mall in the way that cyberpunk dystopian fiction wish existed. It contained multiple cinemas, bowling, fine dining, and an arcade. Fashion wise it was the only place in town that had a tux rental place. Incidentally it also had the only prom dress store as well.

John needed to either get his tux or find a date. But there were also plenty of distractions to keep himself busy while he thought of a better plan.
