To the mall~

I arrived at the mall. The first thing I decided to get, was a necklace I had custom-made that says 'Julius & Damian' and behind it, it also says 'Bff'. I went to the store that I made the order from. The Jeweler was on her phone but quickly puts it away and looks up at me.

"Ah, welcome back, Julius, right?" She asks with a guilty smile.

"Yes, correct. I came back for the necklaces." I say with a innocent smile.

"I must say Julius, this was a very sweet thing to do, for someone who ignores your feelings for him. Tell ya what! Whenever you DO get into becoming a couple, bring back the necklaces and I'll change it on the house!" She says with a big goofy smile. I smiled back at her generosity.

"My- Thank you soo much Gale!" I was genuinely happy.

"No problem! Talk to you when you tell him! I'm routing for you!" She says making me laugh as I exit the antique store, waving her bye.

The next thing I wanted, was at the gaming store. There was a thin boy, standing about 5'8 feet tall. He had blonde hair with bright blue eyes and a chiseled jaw.

He smiled as I approached him.

"Hello beautiful." He says leaning over the counter some with a smile that can make Gods fall to their knees.

"Hello sir." I say blushing a bit and averting my gaze from him.

"How can I help you?~"

"I-I'm looking for these games, Fortenite, The Last of Us 2, Assassins Creed and Injustice 2." I say handing him the list.

"Sure thing babes." He collected all four of the games and placed it in a bag, handing me it as I pay for it.

"Feel free to come back!" He says with a hint of suggestion in his voice.

"I will!"

Two down, two more gifts to go! I thought excitedly to myself. The next gift was an iPhone 8+, knowing he broke his phone a while ago. Luckily, there was a phone store just across from the game store.

I headed straight there but I froze seeing my friend from school, Jimmy. I walked over to him and he beams seeing me.

"Julius! What's up man?" He asks giving me a high-five. Jimmy was also gay, but he wasn't closeted like me. He literally wears a button with two male symbols interlocked with each other.

"Well for one, I moved in with Damian in an apartment building, tomorrow is his birthday and I'm trying to get him the greatest gifts!" I told him beaming.

"Nice man, I haven't seen Damian in years!" He chuckled a bit.

"I miss the man..." He says with a somewhat sad tone.

"Why's that? What made you two split up?" I asked feeling sympathy for him.

"Ok, here's a secret." He gestures me to bring my face closer to his as he leaned in and whispered in my ear. "I used to let him fuck me after school.." He says before pulling away leaving me a little hurt he will tell me that knowing I still like him..

"But I had stopped when I found out he just wanted me to ''scratch an inch''" He air quoted. "Oh! But trust me Julius, it was WAY more than an inch!" He says placing his hand outwards 9 inches apart.

"Can I just have the iPhone please?" I asked getting tired of his crap.

"Sure, which one?" He asks while under the counter.

"The iPhone 8+" I told him getting out my money.

"You really are a good friend Julius. Buying him an iPhone for his birthday, props to you man!" He says emerging with an iPhone box in hand, "That will be $800!" He says already typing the receipt as I handed the cash to him.

So far, I spent $1800 or something but it's worth it.

I grabbed the box and placed it in my bag and continued towards a toy store. I wanted two teddy bears, a white one for me and a brown one for Damian. After a while of wandering around, I finally found it, almost at the far back of the store.

There was teddy bears of different colors and sizes. Instead of two small ones, I liked the bigger ones more. Can you blame me? I got a big baby blue one, remembering his favorite color was blue and a pink one, since mines is pink. It was heavy to lift, but I soon got it from the shelf and they were an easy 4'4 feet tall.

It was a struggle lifting it up but when a broad chested staff member saw my struggle, he walked over to me and took the two teddy bears. He was 6'4 feet tall.

"There we go!" He says holding them with ease. "Donovan." He says introducing himself.

"I'm Julius, thanks for the help!" I say with a smile.

"No problem babes." He says as we walk towards the casher.

On arriving to the casher, he gave them to the cashier to purchase. I took the opportunity to pay back the cashier for his trouble.
