The tits enlarge themselves away from Gabby. Then, a lump start growing behind each aureola. They grow until they were the size of a human torso. Both torso then grow limbs on the sides, one head each on top along with their associated features. In the end, much to Gabby' surprise, the two breasts has become clones of her. Both were naked. They both have one normal breast of their own and a long breast-like connector where their second boob would have been attached to Gabby's chest.
The two Gabby breast clones then sit next to the original one and lovingly said: "Now, we're ready. Let's begin."
