Time apart, part 1: Conversation is afoot (Side story)

Divi started to pout when Lex disappeared from sight and thought. 'What does Konqus have that I don't?' She shook her head while continuing to think. 'No, it isn't like that. Daddy is only fulfilling his promise to her for helping us. He doesn't really want to be with her, right?' Just as a content look appeared upon Divi's face, Sazla chimed in. That is how we got here so quickly. Apparently she is the Den Mother of the lizardmen." Divi nodded before speaking. "Yeah, she made a deal with Daddy. In return for helping us get to you faster. He was asked to simply return to her afterwards for some, 'alone time'." Philinna blushed, but said. "Alone time, huh?" Sazla playfully smiled while watching Philinna and said. "Mm, yeah, whatever you are fantasizing about will pale in comparison to the real thing." She walked over to Philinna and ran her finger tips along her lower back while continuing to speak. "The way he held me, touched me, and thrust that thick rod of his inside my quivering pussy. Upon entering the next room, they could all see there were many tools, supplies, and the like for making many different types of equipment, be it armor, weapons, or items.

However, they noticed someone was leaning against the wall toward the back of the room. Philinna paused, her eye blinking twice. She was clearly surprised to see this person. It was made clear by Philinna's reaction that this someone wasn't supposed to be there. Divi moved in front of Philinna and Sazla, morphing her arms into blades and said. "Who are you, mister? I won't ask again." An older lizardman with faded green scales, a scar through his right eye, wearing a brown suit of leather armor, started to chuckle. He lifted up both of his empty hands and said. "I am Chizk. Quite honestly, you should be thanking me. Or at least my mistress, Konqus."

Chizk sighed before continuing to speak. "It was by her will that I turned off the alarm and called back our troops." He stood up, stretching slightly with a yawn before smiling as best he could to them before continuing to speak. "I just wanted you to know that before judging her too harshly. She is doing what is best for our people. Culling the weak in favor of the strong. Only the best survive." He bowed his head to Philinna and walked towards the exit. Philinna, Divi, and Sazla stepped aside to let him through. He stopped just outside the archway and said. "I know you three are strong, but never allow yourselves to get too cocky. Pride can get you killed."

Shortly after, Chizk walked into the sacrificial chamber then soon out of sight. Philinna, Divi, and Sazla looked at one another with perplexed expressions upon their faces. Divi's arms morphed back from blades as she let out a breath and said. "Well, that was weird. Are you okay, Philinna?" Philinna nodded before looking to Divi and said. "Yeah, I'm fine. That just startled me." She let out a sigh before continuing to speak. "He's actually a nice man, but he lives and breathes for Konqus. It makes me wonder why.." Sazla looked down before looking up to Philinna and said. "Probably for the same reason I follow Lex. He loves her."

Divi nodded and said. "I love daddy too." Philinna started to blush once again before saying. "I believe you, Divi. However, Sazla sounds more like a pet devoted to her master than a lover." Sazla lifted a brow and asked. "How so?" Philinna walked into the room, clearly looking for something. She walked over to the supply table, pulling out a metal collar and said. "Tell me, Sazla. If Lex presented you with this collar and said, 'Put this on and be my little fuck toy.', would you?"
